Visiting Fellow at The University of Melbourne

The inaugural Walter Mangold Visiting Scholar Professor WU HUAINAN of Nanjing University, PRC has now completed his term.

The Fund was delighted to have such a distinguished academic as Professor Wu as its inaugural Visiting Fellow.

In conjunction with The University of Melbourne the Visiting Fellow for 2009 is presently under consideration.

Overseas Students Studying in Australia

We are pleased to welcome 7 students from Timor-Leste who have now arrived in Melbourne and have commenced intensive English language courses and the study of Australian culture at Taylors College/Embassy CES.

The Fund trusts these students will use their scholarships for the advancement of their own careers and for the benefit of Timor-Leste, as well as furthering the purposes for which the Fund was established .
